It’s ok to ask for help

It really is no surprise that anxiety and stress are on the increase and everyday life and relationships are difficult to manage. We are living in a world where there is:

  • more anxiety about the future
  • teenagers facing exams
  • added work pressures,
  • financial pressures,
  • relationship problems/breakdown,
  • addiction to substances and social media,
  • self-esteem and self-confidence issues
  • feelings of loneliness or isolation,
  • losing someone close to you,
  • being bullied, harassed or abused,

These are just a handful of the reasons why people come to us for help and support. At Marlborough House we offer a safe and welcoming environment in which to help people of all ages and backgrounds cope and manage there thoughts, experiences and relationships.

Our highly experienced team are able to offer tailor made treatments adapting their approach to best suit the individual, recognising that what works for one person may not work for the next. Over the years we have developed our offering and find that a combination of therapy and providing self-help tools/coaching gets the best results.

‘The staff at Marlborough House gave me a lifeline! Not only did they help me through a difficult time in my life by offering advice and support but they also gave me tools and education to be able to help myself. Not just for a bit but for my future too. A combination of time spent with Mr Marar and Acupuncture has enabled me to live a life that I only ever believed existed for other people. I cannot recommend the establishment highly enough or thank them for what has been given to me.’

‘Mr Marar has provided a service that is perfectly tailored to my needs, using a variety of techniques from neuro-linguistics to hypnotherapy to coaching. When I first saw Mr Marar I was in the depths of despair, suffering from a mental illness that caused me confusion and acute anxiety. It affected all aspects of my life…. family, work and leisure. The journey with Mr Marar has been a revelation, enabling me to re-evaluate my life (in its entirety) over the course of several months. This process has cleared the confusion and I’m now enjoying a life that is much more rewarding. The sessions with Mr Marar are relaxed, comforting and enjoyable. I always learn new things about myself, others and life generally. I can’t thank him enough.’
