Liz Truman — Jikiden Reiki, Hypnobirthing & Baby Massage
Liz is a retired nurse and midwife with a background in teaching and nutrition. She brings decades of experience and expertise to offer a nurturing approach to hypnobirthing, baby massage and Jikiden Reiki.
Liz’s services:

Hypnobirthing (The Wise Hippo Programme) in 4- or 2-session formats to help expectant parents feel calm and confident during labour

Baby Massage courses over five weeks to enhance bonding, digestion, sleep, and motor development.

Jikiden Reiki, an authentic Japanese hands‑on healing practice to support emotional balance, stress management, and long‑term health.

Liz will be offering a special Sunday Jikiden Reiki session on the 10th August. In this session – two Jikiden Reiki practitioners work simultaneously for 30 minutes to provide an express, concentrated service. Ciara Alexander — Sports Massage & Exercise Therapist
Ciara is a Sports & Exercise Therapist with First-Class Honours in Sport & Exercise Therapy. She has worked with elite athletes and offered her services at world-renowned sports events such as the London Marathon and the Gothia Cup in Sweden. For the avid runner, swimmer, local football player or anything in-between, she has a wealth of knowledge and experience to help you with the injuries and pains that put a halt to your training. But it’s not just for the sporty type – through sports massage, Ciara can offer relief to those everyday aches and pains from simply living life.

Deep tissue sports massage (60 min or 75 min sessions)

Follow-up 45‑minute therapy sessions to track progress
Ciara is currently offering an introductory offer with 60 minutes sports massage currently £40 (usually £50) and 75 minutes sports massage £45 (usually £55)

Lisa Watts — Osteopathy & Cranial Osteopathy
Our newest member to the team, Lisa draws on her 25+ years of experience to provide a well-rounded and holistic approach to osteopathy. Through attending osteopathy courses run by world leading experts in the field, as well as her experience in sports massage, reflexology and aromatherapy, Lisa blends techniques and knowledge from many disciplines to help her clients.
Lisa’s services:

Osteopathy & Cranial Osteopathy – 60 minute session for new clients & 30 or 45 minute follow up appointments thereafter.
Osteopathy is an ideal treatment option for those suffering with (but not limited to!) back and neck pain, postural issues, headaches & migraines, jaw/TMJ pain and work-related pain (desk/computer use).
Lisa is offering a complimentary 20 minute clinical assessment for new clients which you can book online.
