Helen Martin - Osteopathy & Dry Needling

All ages, above 12 years old

Helen qualified as an Osteopath in 2022 after graduating from The College of Osteopaths in London. As a structural osteopath, she combines hands-on massage techniques with joint mobilisations, spinal and peripheral joint adjustments, and dry needling providing personalised treatment tailored to each patient’s needs.

Helen has helped patients with a wide range of conditions, including:
– acute or chronic back pain, with or without sciatica
– headaches
– nerve impingements
– peripheral pain and repetitive overuse injuries eg. tennis or golfers elbow
– pregnancy related pain eg. pelvic girdle pain
– chronic pain and long term conditions eg. POTS, fibromyalgia, arthritis,
osteoporosis/osteopenia and age-related degeneration

She is passionate about helping patients reduce pain, improve mobility, and return to
the activities they enjoy.

Outside the clinic, Helen enjoys making the most of the outdoors with her dog, Molly, whether exploring woodland trails or spending time by the coast. She originally studied Film and still enjoys trips to the cinema or a movie night at home. Having lived abroad, she has a passion for travel and discovering new places. Helen also has a keen interest in history and the natural world, which reflects her curiosity and love of lifelong learning.
